Everything was exceptional, exceptional service and responsive staff. Useful base for a short stay. Perfect view, a tiny balcony, very comfy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a warm stay...

Had luxury 3 nights here. Very special breakfast offered in a QUIET atmosphere. We only slept at the comfort room, but we enjoyed it. The beach was stunning.

Very good value for money, this place is not too big. Staff and amenities are exceptional, I loved extra large bed. It's in a very lovely building in the interesting area. The beach is wonderful and the views are worth every penny. The pool area is very clean too.

Overall a fantastic stay - attractive and competitive value for money, considering prices in other hotels. Fairly clean place with quiet beds. The location was easy, around 10-15 minutes walk from a catholic church. Awesome view of garden. Everyone was respectful. The service we got was brilliant too.

It was a QUIET hotel, we really loved it. A heating system, a personal safe and a writing desk inside the comfort single room were handy. Do n't forget to visit nearby Gelateria Abracadabra, they have best coffee ever.

700 feet away from the hotel there is Melo Abreu, which is a good dining choice. It was easy to park on site. Suitable place for a city break in Ponta Delgada.
